I really need some help from you amazing people out there. I have been struggling really bad with anxiety and a feeling of doom/panic. It only is in the morning until about noon. Here is a little background info:

We just went through 6 months of hell on earth trying to sell our house, we moved all our stuff out and come to find out the people backed out of the closing a day before it was supposed to close. So we had to move everything back in. Where our house was located wasnt in the best… read more

Hi precious lady. Sounds like you’ve been to hell and back. I went through a similar experience with the bad neighborhood and wondering if our house was ever going to sell. Moving in good circumstances is stressful. Our neighbor was paranoid schizophrenic and had gotten completely out of control. I want go into specifics but he targeted our 9 year old daughter. I tried to keep calm on the outside but was a complete mess on the inside. My husband had so much rage that I was seriously concerned that he might snap and kill him. I found out through a neighbor that he had scared two families after us enough that they also moved.

You have really been through a immensely stressful period over a pretty good span of time and you could definitely be suffering from PTSD. They actually refer to what your experiencing as Complex PTSD. You might want to look it up and you can then decide for yourself. Your body was on high alert for so long that it could be stuck in that spot. Mine was and my daughters was. We had to get help and medication to help us recover. I much prefer natural remedies but for us the combined approach of Western medicine and natural remedies has worked the best.

I was just like you in that my mornings were hellacious. For years. I did find help. I would be happy to give you more info but need to get ready to make an appointment. I’m actually going to a doctor who uses and all natural approach.

For me, I needed immediate help and the prescriptions helped me get to a point where I am able to start looking and implementing more natural remedies in hopes of decreasing medications.

Much love,
Rhonda 💕

Your body not just your has to be going through so much!!!. If you are putting timetables on your life don't! ( I need to have a baby by this age, I need to stay at this job to get promoted so forth) your mind should be at peace so your body can prepare for the most wonderful gift you can give your family. Don't know if you already have children or if you were pregnant with fibro but your body is going to ask for all the strength you know how to give. Nobody can REALLY tell us what we need but us. We just pay doctors because they know interactions and can write scripts! Are you seeing a psychiatrist or a psychologist? And preferably who believes in allllll types of treatment. Keep a journal (it saved my life) notice patterns. Like with me if the last show I watch before I go to sleep is drama I have an anxiety attack to the point I need help getting out of bed! I listen to my favorite music, I drink my chammomile with honey so I can get up in the am (most days) get a fibro buddy. Somebody who only let's you vent! I can keep going but I wont'. Find what works for your mind body and spirit new mommy to be! There is power in the word.
Speak into your life what you NEED to happen! Pray!Peace & Blessings

I have been seeing a psychiatrist. She just is trying to get my meds safe for my first pregnancy. She doesnt do much "counseling" to help me cope.
On a good note I had bilateral cervical nerve blocks yesterday and I feel so much better today. I had bilat rizotomy back in jan/feb that DID help me so much but I guess with all this stress I went through its like it completely stopped working. So since it hasnt been 9 months to do the nerve burning again she suggested the nerve blocks to calm everything down. She injected steroids and toredol.

I do have a friend that lives about 3 hours away and we vent to each other. Thats basically all we talk about because we know both our familys get tired of it. I have a great support system but I feel bad complaining to them when theres nothing they can really do.

Bless all of you for taking the time to respond to my plea. God bless

Best thing you can do is see a therapist, psychologist for anxiety. Don't let them just put you on meds without any kind of face to face help and strategies. Panic attacks are often feelings of doom and a therapist specialising in anxiety (hopefully with an understanding of chronic pain) can really help you. Also try passionflower tea.. it's amazingly calming.

Your so right none of the prescriptions those Pros hand out help. I think over the counter medicine works better. A simple balm or Alkaline seltzer makes you feel better than Pros scripts. I’m so f-in mad about their attitude about pain Med or should I dare say Opiodes. I’d love to have micro doses of lsd the study’s have been so positive , Bill Wilson founder of AA would did. Really helps for chronic depression and being stuck like yourself . And Safe !
