Members overwhelmingly confirmed experiencing sharp, burning, and shooting pains in their feet and hands, describing sensations like electrical zaps, pins and needles, cramping, and even feelings of bugs crawling on their skin, with many noting that foot pain is particularly severe in the morning or can last for hours to days. Several members shared that mood swings are a direct result of chronic pain intensity and exhaustion, with some becoming cranky or withdrawn when pain worsens, while practical relief strategies mentioned included using ice packs, heat therapy, or medications like Neurontin. A recurring theme was the relief of knowing they are not alone or 'going crazy,' with members expressing gratitude for the validation that these symptoms are real and shared within the fibromyalgia community.

Ty u all for sharing. It's so nice to know that I'm not going crazy or have another illness. I am sorry that you have the pins and needles and burning. This illness is no joke.
Everyone have a blessed and pain free day. ๐Ÿ’
