I have a very hard time knowing what pain is associated with what issue. How do you know?

Obviously I have told him. Anti inflammatories are the answer. Unfortunately I cannot take them often due to a spastic colon.

I have pains in my fingers and under my fingernails. Over the years it is now obvious that it is osteoarthritis as I have developed lumps on the joints. Fibromyalgia is usually associated with other conditions.
