Heat/humidity exasperates my firbro symptoms
The humidity makes my pain wores and if i dont go to bed same time every day i have to have it cold in my room to sleep better like 62
I think everybody is different as many of us dont just suffer from fibro, in my case the heat destroys me and i cant function at all, it makes me flare really easily as the heat severely fatigues me. My pain levels also soar and the simplest tasks are a struggle. I think its directly linked to my fibro as i never used to have an issue, i used to work outside in all seasons the heat intolerance is something that happened at the same time as my fibro and gradually got worse.
For me heat and the humidity makes the pain worse and harder to control. In the winter i live at a constant level 5 but in warm weather doing nothijg then lounging around the house im at a constant level 6bpain that is exasperated when going outside to a 7 or 8.
Me too... my body tends to have more stiffness along with pain all over my body. Rain does not help either.. but thankfully i live where we dont get much rain. (good for me but not the plants) having fibro sucks...
