Use hot water bottles or even hot showers relieves the pain

I was one of those people that it took 3 years to dx me. They didn't know what it was back in 1985. I went through every test imaginable. Finally an intern in Iowa city said he had heard of this new syndrome ( didn't have a name for it). I have basically tried everything, tons of meds. I stay very active, walk every day, massage every month, magnesium malate, cymbalta, no dairy, Mobic for arthritis. I feel better than ever, do have flairs but rest more on those days. Take care

Yes and I find that this pain is very irritating cause nothing seems to help it! If I try going for a walk to maybe loosen it up or something, all it does is then travel to my hip or calf just to annoy me even more! I hate this illness!!!

Mine is on the left thigh. My left hip is always oozing with pain. Having to walk to and from work for the past week has put a strain on my right side. I hope the insurance company issues the repair order soon after thieves damaged my car after stealing it.
