I have found that I am extremely sensitive to hot and cold. At some points this winter while wearing jammies slippers a heating pad and heater I was in tears because I was so cold...now I am experiencing my first summer. I found I over heat very quickly...to the point of making me nauseas. My Drs have told me this is the fibromyalgia...im starting to wonder what this damn illness doesn't mess with?

Summer is my friend; opposite to your experience. Cold weather increases my fibro pain.

Since our emotions effect our health and visa versa, you may need to find a counselor to work with. It sounds like the extra support is needed. Hang in there and don't be afraid to get more help.
