Members connected over the shared experience of numbness and tingling in their hands, legs, and feet, with many describing pins and needles sensations, loss of balance, and frequent falls that have led to injuries and bruises. Several members shared practical adaptations they've made, including using canes and walkers for safety, while others mentioned potential causes like plantar fasciitis, nerve issues from childbirth, or stress-related episodes that doctors have struggled to diagnose or treat effectively. A recurring theme was the frustration of living with unpredictable numbness that limits everyday activities, from playing on the floor with children to simply sitting for more than a few minutes without losing feeling in their limbs.

Yes, my left leg and arm goes numb/gives out completely with the slightest of stress or nervousness. Doctors think I'm making it up until they see my leg and arm having no strength... they still have no help for me other then anxiety medicine. Which is not helping my left side. Now I have way more pain as well as episodes of numbness.
