I had this and still get it but to a lesser degree I stretch in the morning concentrating on then glutes as they are the major muscle for walking, bending and sitting etc
So by gently stretching and incorporating stretches to ur hamstrings it will alleviate some off the discomfort when mine is bad I’ll strech before I sit and be mindful of how I am
Standing posture and bending still getting that stretch in its all about rehab strength conditioning as the muscles with fibro are confused and do not function as they are suppose to thus creating pain so retraining the muscles to think and behave differently will ease a lot of pain hope all goes well

For the last couple months I’ve started having horrible aching and stinging in my right buttock, I can barely stand to sit on it....not sure what ‘s going on....I’ve been sleeping with heat pad on low...I’m going to check with Dr to see if he can give me answers and suggest something for relief

Yes so basically I don't sit. I stand, walk or lye down. When I sit I have a memory foam cushion and only for ten minutes at a time

I was thinking it might not be related to Fibromyalgia but seems it is as you suffer with it to .,

yes, and I even use a gel pad, the only relief is using my flyer machine for stretching. 20 min every other day and now take Neurontin when needed with other issue too. Cymbalta help but some days like winters and rain kills me
