Members overwhelmingly connected over experiencing intense itching, particularly in their hands, feet, scalp, and wrists, with many finding relief in knowing they aren't alone or imagining these symptoms. Several members shared practical strategies that have helped, including using Cortizone 10 cream, switching to gentler dish soaps, taking Benfotiamine supplements for nerve-related itching, using daily antihistamines like Reactin, and exploring hormone replacement therapy when menopause is a factor. A recurring theme was the validation of having symptoms acknowledged as real rather than dismissed as being 'all in your head,' with many describing the itching as linked to fibromyalgia-related neuropathy and occurring without any visible rash.

I started taking a bioavailable form of thiamine called Benfotiamine for nerve pain and it took care of the itching. It's available at most health food stores.

I do, too. Hands and feet are the worst. Mine is from neuropathy related to the fibro. No rash, just insane itchy spots.

Me too! I have been taking reactin every day for more then ten years. Never diagnosed as to what has been wrong. Today is a bit mind blowing. Is it weird, I'm relieved a bit that this isn't "all in my head"

Yes. My head gets itchy! I can’t stop scratching. My legs hurt just to touch them sometimes
