I try to stretch each day, but often leads to fatigue. I also walk as much as possible and take breaks as needed.

Gentle/restorative yoga / stretching and pool classes (I modify a lot based on what doesn’t feel good). Walking when i feel up to it. Anything else just makes me worse after.
I do gentel piltes exercises that seem to help me, I use a exercise ball ")
