Walking, exercise bike, some weight training, stability ball, etc. I have found that these help with mobility and aid in weight loss.

4 months ago I could hardly move and dragged my leg around .ive never excercised in my life but joined a gym and now go 3/4 times a week .depending on were I'm hurting I work on machines in gym that I know I can do on that day.some days it's the running machine as arms playing up.or work on my arms when legs not good.i walk and do gentle this and it's help my mobility a lot.i do have bad days but more good at moment.just listen to what your body is saying to you .
Yoga feels great and helps keep you limber and toned. Also good to do one bad days to find relief
