For the past few weeks my legs below my knee and my feet have been feeling swollen. They rarely actually look swollen but to me they feel like they are swollen and just throbbing. Anyone else experience this? Anyone know what this might be ?

Members connected over the confusing experience of legs and feet feeling swollen without visible signs, widely agreeing this is yet another frustrating symptom of fibromyalgia that can include throbbing, stabbing pain, and muscle spasms. Several members shared what has helped them find relief, including prescription medications like Savella for swelling and pain, Lasix (a prescription diuretic) for edema, limiting time spent standing to under three hours, and recognizing that flares often come with migraines and intense foot pain. A recurring theme was the importance of consulting a doctor rather than relying on over-the-counter solutions, while offering each other gentle understanding and solidarity through the unpredictable physical challenges of living with fibromyalgia.

Its Edema, another lovely side effect of FM. Dr gave me a water pill. Helps alot!! Dont waste your money on OTC water pills. Ask Dr for it. A popular one is called Lasix i believe.

My hands and legs also twitch and spasm alot and its getting worse. I have spasms in my back but i have had 2 spinal fusions, DDD and several other back issues so i had alot of spasms in my back but not my hands and legs/feet.
Does anyone else have spasms?
