Members shared a wide variety of vitamins and supplements they use for fibromyalgia, with Vitamin D and magnesium citrate being the most frequently mentioned for helping with muscle spasms, bone health, and low levels confirmed through blood tests. Several members emphasized the importance of getting blood work done to identify specific deficiencies before supplementing, with many taking B vitamins for energy and fatigue, fish oil or omega fatty acids for inflammation, and CoQ10 in higher doses. A recurring theme was that while vitamins may provide modest improvements in energy or joint stiffness, most members noted that nothing has dramatically relieved their fibromyalgia symptoms, and the sheer number of daily pills can be overwhelming.

I found a great one. Itโ€™s a water based vitamin mix - mix in water in the morning. Itโ€™s made for people with fibro and has higher levels of the vitamins that are believed to help with managing our disease. I was skeptical but after about a week I had better energy and felt better overall. This combined with cymbalta has really changed my pain outlook in the most positive way. Itโ€™s called from fatigued to fantastic - energy revitalization system. I highly recommend trying it for a month. Thereโ€™s also a book by the dr that made this line of supplements and it is really a game changer.
