Me too!! I have arthritis and other issues with my lumbar area. I have had 4 lumbar RFA's. The first 3 worked perfectly but since my last one the first of the year I've had horrible muscle spasms. Heating pad is my friend.
oh and if you look into that, go up TWO sizes above what you typically wear. Those are designed to cinch in probably more than you want. The first one I got, I went up 2 sizes because I already knew, and it still took me 40 minutes to get the danged thing on right. LOL Now I can put them on in a minute, but at first I thought it wouldn't work.
All the time. Just plain all the time. My primary FIBRO pain in the back is the long muscles that are vertical - not sure what they are caused. When they get bad, I will even wear a support vest that works the same way a corset would (though not quite as tight). In fact, it was while jokingly trying on a corset that I discovered that helps. Love my support vest - only have to use it once or twice a year - when I'm out and about - it truly offers exactly the support i need. Can't remember where I got mine, but it's something like this: https://fitactivityshop.com/products/waist-trai... Mine has only one layer and is hook connector. Wouldn't mind a zipper close though.
Oh yes. Disc problems and fibro in Back.
Hi yes I have 2 slipped discs. May be an idea to get an Mri. Hope you get some relief.
