I have been taking paxil When i got the diagnosis ADHD (and for the adhd methylphenidate) let’s say 7 years now. My new physician said I should stop taking them, because the long term effects. I was of the Paxil for very short time.... the pain was excruciating. I started again and the pain was gone... I was on Paxil for anxiety years ago, it took most of my fibro pain away, same reason being I had low serotonin levels. I can't take it now, because of my pain meds it makes me super groggy, and beware of coming off of it, severe withdrawal if not tapered down slowly!
