Members shared their experiences and encouragement around trying passion flower for anxiety as an alternative to anti-anxiety medications, with several expressing hope that natural remedies might offer relief from the side effects and dependency concerns they've experienced with prescription drugs. A few members offered practical insights, noting that passion flower tea can be calming for sleep and stressful situations like dental appointments, though one mentioned the benefits may fade over time, and another cautioned that some sources recommend not using it long-term. Several members also suggested other herbal options, including chamomile, lemon balm, motherwort tincture, and flower essences, while emphasizing the value of gentle, natural approaches to managing anxiety and frayed nerves.

Herbs offer us such wonderful gentle help. Lemon Balm is good for anxiety, motherwort is excellent for frayed nerves (you can get in a tincture and add to any drink you are drinking or put it under your tongue as needed - you won't overdose). You might want to examine the use of flower essences as they can also offer some emotional relief. Blessings, Kat Vintage Woods Witch

I haven't used it for anxiety, but I have used it for sleep. It definitely helps me relax and sleep a little easier, although I did end up discontinuing it because I felt the benefits sort of faded over time. I hope it works for you!
