I am using turmeric based supplements called Curamed and Curamin. Both have the essential oil of circumin. Just recently I decided to take Curamed with grape seed extract because it's supposed to have more anti-inflammatory properties. And it's less expensive.
Omega 3's in fish oil and magnesium are also helpful. I have read recently to take magnesium with calcium and vitamin D3 at night before bed to help with sleep.
I have nothing's worked but a friend of mine told me about the black seed oil I have to talk to my doctor tomorrow about that first because of my thyroid but if it's a go I'm going to try it
Turmeric and black pepper combo. 1 tsp of turmeric and half black pepper in a scrambled egg, or in a vegie soup etc.. works wonders. Fish oil, magnesium, selenium, lots of vitamins help me.
Hi Bridget
Have you tried both and natural therapies... there are just soooo many things out there to try I just wondered if you've tried an osteopath or hydrotherapy... It depends I guess what type of things interest you... Magnesium spray is really helpful before bed I find it helps with pain and helps with sleep a little too.
Magnesium Malate seems to help me. I've tried other supplements and can't say they did any good. I really can't afford anything, anyway. Just RX's.
