Yes read up on aspartame and sugar and how it affect pain and nerves etc. Basically it's poison.
It is something I have to do. Diet drinks, included. I think the phosphoric acid kills your teeth. Aspartame causes all sorts of fatigue problems with me and Splenda is not much better.
I have cut out sugar from my diet as i am now diabetic, Which has helped) and did stop drinking fizzy spring water because it makes you eat more and was trying to diet, but it doesn't really make a any different to the IBS or fibo.
Fizzy drinks like pop?? I drink carbonated water with no sugars or anything.
I sometimes drink an energy drink and feel brighter but it’s effects are not long lasting x I rarely drink fizzy drinks
