If so, did it help with your symptoms?

Yes, and it does help. I eliminated dairy products and the symptoms lessened. It is also a good idea not to consume whole wheat breads, they are nasty and so is orange juice, finding out what hurts you more and eliminating it does help. I have however gotten back to the dairy products and can say that the symptoms, especially pelvic pain has increased. I eat a lot of veggies and fruits which do not bother me but no meats.

I've done fodmaps diet. Definitely helped with the irritable bowel symptoms and stopped most of my pelvic pain. Its hard and time consuming but was worth it for me. By doing it i found out i am lactose intolerant and have also had to cut onions and garlic from my diet.
