Has Anyone Used A Bone Broth Diet To Relieve Arthritis??
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

I’ve now not only got fibro but I also have arthritis in my spine! I was wondering if anyone had any experience of using a bone broth diet to relieve inflammation and pain of arthritis....a lot of the meds aren’t agreeing with me so am researching other avenues

Thanks in advance xx

I’m using CBD for fibromyalgia and arthritis, it’s certainly reduced pain levels and the balm in my view is a nugget in a jar that is worth its weight and money in gold! Try LOVE CBD
