That is wonderful. You took the first step. I know how you feel about not leaving the house some days. I push myself to get out 4 or 5 days a week for at least an hour. It makes feel better to get out. I hope you go to the meetings that they have and meet some new friends. I am here if you need anything. Hugs
@A MyFibroTeam Member Thank you so much! I just found a support/counseling group, right here in town. I sent an email. I feel like I am doing something. Some days I tend to be agoraphobic and it is difficult for me to leave the house.
I am sorry that you don't have any support. The only thing I can think of is try to find a support group in your area to find some people that understand and maybe make some new friends. You could try a church in your area also. I am sure people would be willing to help you there. At least you have us so you are not totally alone but I know it would be better to have someone in person. Hang in there and good luck. Hugs
@A MyFibroTeam Member Phyllis, being alone is difficult but people tire me out. I have my 2 small dogs. They help.
@A MyFibroTeam Member, Shauna, I am so sorry. What is wrong with these types of men? I know what you are going through. This is so painful emotionally and makes the physical pain so much worse. My thoughts are with you.
