I definitely think stress brings them on. For me I can't move until it subsides so I freeze and probably be look like I'm malfunctioning. I feel your pain! I hope they stop happening for you, I know how unpleasant it can be.

@A MyFibroTeam Member, back at you hope you have an ok day as well. Those electric shocks come out of nowhere and make u jump in pain and then gone back and forth sometimes for days other times just for a few hours. Hugs and Prayers

Electric shocks back and sides, randomly. I take clonazepam for it. Very helpful 0.5 mg.

JenGep,tks for quick response,I've been having these epispodes for yrs.now.. Going to try to find a good Rheumatologist.Have to find some relief for this.Maybe I do have a pinched nerve.None of the Dr's I've even suggested that.
