Just wondering if anyone has experienced a strange kind of tingling vibration feeling . It happens during the night throughout my upper body and comes in waves. It feels kinda neat and not at all painful seems to last until I fall back to sleep . Your thoughts much appreciated thanks Karen 🍁

It kinda feels like being zapped but very gently
