I just read up on what you have put out and it’s fabulous and it all makes sense, Iv sent it to my cousins who suffer real bad from it and!! There’s an old fashioned way that I use to do, dip a Tampax into live yougurt , that’s works too xx
Here is information on Cystitis from the Mayo Clinic

I get the occasional UTI but recently had a bad kidney infection, I do pee a lot but drink a lot of water. I can’t stand cranberry juice but eat tons of dried cranberries, don’t know how good or bad that is. I was in a bad car accident two years ago that caused a lot of nerve damage, I have to wonder if that’s part of my problem. I haven’t had sex since then, it’s way too painful and I’m just now finally pain free from that accident as far as no More pain from fractures. I still have nerve damage and five bulging discs in my lower back but it never occurred to me that this or fibro might cause more UTI’s until I just read this article. I feel for all who suffer from this, especially fibro friends. I hope this article helps and you have a painfree day.
I started taking a type of marijuana that one can use as a suppository & it helped. I just started today & will require some experimentation but glad I found it.
I have half a cup of coffee in the morning, that doesn’t affect it. Tea is a diuretic so should make you pee more. If you have lower abdominal pain or discomfit go to your doctor. If not treated properly a UTI can affect your kidneys and that is something you don’t want to fool around with. BTW, it was me that sent the Mayo Clinic informTion.
Hope y’all have a pain free day, May sun and tropical breezes fill your dreams tonight.
Yes I did.
One thing I struggle is the caffeine.
They say that best to not have those.
I don't have a lot of it.
Maybe one cup of coffee or black tea in the morning, but I think I will have to give that up too.
It is hard because of feeling tired from the meds.
So will look into natural uppers, now.
Lol.
