Complex Regional Pain Syndrome?

Hi guys,
I learned today that I’ve now been diagnosed with complex regional pain syndrome.
What’s the difference between it and fibro and how can I have both?

i was diagnosed with that by a rheumo dr 3 years ago i then saw another one and then finally diagnosed with fibro by a neurologist who ruled out ms and then sent me back to another rheumo who then confirmed it.But to be fair,i went on to experience a lot more symptoms after the two initial visits
