A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Has anyone heard of a weighted blanket? What was your experience ? Was it helpful?

@A MyFibroTeam Member I dont like them either but I miss my sleep. I have a heated throw that is marvelous.

@A MyFibroTeam Member I have never heard of those pajamas but they may be worth a try also. I am up for any ideas to increase my sleep. That may be better than the weighted blanket.

✓ Sensory Disorders of any kind (weighted therapy can help increase Serotonin and Melatonin levels overnight) ... ✓ ADD/ADHD Spectrum Disorder (many ADHD kids use our blankets to calm down after school or during Therapy sessions, or to relax and fall asleep) these sound really good have never heard of them before.going to look into it xxx

Weighted blankets will not work for me as my feet are very sensitive. Most of the time I have to wear socks as covers on my feet hurt. I end up pulling the covers up so that my feet out stick out.
