I am over the daily max dosage of Tylenol and Advil, which hardly takes the edge off anymore. I am also on Baclofen and Gabapentin, but those don’t help much either. I am looking for something to ease the pain without drugging me out, as it effects my efficiency at work. I have tried various over the counter topicals with with no relief.

Members shared experiences with CBD oil and creams for managing fibromyalgia pain, with several reporting that CBD products (whether oils, pills, or vaping) provided noticeable relief when used consistently and preemptively, though some noted the cost can be high. Many community members described combining CBD with other strategies, including prescription medications like tramadol, over-the-counter options like Aleve, topical creams such as fibrocream, and nighttime muscle relaxers to maintain functionality at work. A recurring theme was the importance of finding individualized solutions through trial and error, as different methods worked for different people, with one member expressing renewed hope that CBD allowed them to keep working for the first time in years.

The cheapest way I've found to use CBD is vaping. I was on Cybalta, but it was causing me a LOT of stomach issues. I use the CBD made from hemp not marijuana. I wish I would have tried the CBD so long ago. It is pretty much instant and dulls my headache and nausea to the point I can function! I vape before I even get out of bed, and that gets me through get ready for work. Then I eat an edible, and vape throughout the day. It's the first time I've had hope I'll be able to continue working in a very long time. Please contact me if you want! I don't know much, but I'll share anything I do. lol

You use a vaporizer with weed, instead of smoking, you use allot less. If you go on google and write vaporizer you will see what it looks like.

I hope this help you 😀

I use CBD and it helps me a bit. You can use THC to help you sleep but go easy on it. Both are expensive. Worth trying however.

Try Aleve other than that you may need to think about taking something stronger. Have you tried tramadol/ultram ? It could help a lot and won't drug you out.
