@A MyFibroTeam Member,
You are so correct. Everyone's body is different. I also take anti-seizure meds. So the combination would not be good.
I have something to share that now makes me *think a LOT. It's not pleasant-sounding. But factual.
Not being able to sleep. I know all about it. A few *nights ago (9:30p.m.), my husband brought a "decaf" Mocha Frappe after returning from a meeting. It didn't matter. That's WAY too late for drinking coffee. I had a few "courtesy sips" and gave the rest back to him. He can "go to sleep at the drop of a hat."
Okay. The gross part. My sinuses began to build-up pressure. I snorted SIX times, bringing up *Mocha Frappe! ALL SIX TIMES! This was just from *drinking a few sips of coffee. I was shocked.
Since this happened on Monday (this is Friday), I now wonder how much of any *pills we take just go through the intestines, not doing us as much good as many claim, compared to the fluids we drink. Just a thought.
In less than an hour from now, I'm having my first visit at a Pain Management Clinic. I've waited a long time to hopefully receive help from this "Fibro. Monster" within me.
At the moment, I'm ordering CBD through Amazon and using to try and help STOP all "blackouts." Many call "seizures." I've never had any Fibro. Pain Relief from using. I am glad for those who DO get relief. Whatever works for you. We are in this Fibro. Battle, together.
I hope that everyone has as much of a Pain FREE day and night as possible. God Bless.
I hate how the drs treat us. We are not drug seekers. We want our quality of life back‼️
I just reccently quit being on phone at bed time. Maybe that will help. Listening to calming Bible passages really helps me. I just put the volume on low and find something good on you tube to listen to. I keep phone in drawer so no lights distract me. Also, in the day, i cant have ringer or vibrate on bc it shocks me bc my nerves are raw
@A MyFibroTeam Member I am 63 and have had this since I was 14. I have tried everything. Not knowing I had Fibromyalgia, and thinking I had never ending sinus problems from allergies (when in fact it was FM) I left home in Canada when I was 18 and moved to Phoenix, Arizona in the hopes that the air there would clear my problems. No one knew about FM back then and I was scared to death about what I was going through and no one understood. I moved there and did not know anyone. I stayed there for almost a year but it did not help (of course not, I had FM). This was the lowest point in my life. Back then, I told myself that if I ever found out what was wrong with me, I would spend my life trying to help others going through the same thing. I have tried so many things and at my age I take risks I would not have when I was younger. I don’t care what others think, if it works it is worth it.
@A MyFibroTeam Member,
I'm glad that at least one doctor gave you Pain Pills. This one looked like a lost sheep. Still, they get paid for the appointment. And by the time when leaving, I was the last patient. Some employees had already gone. We used the back door to elevator.
