It helps me to sleep. It knocks me out. Before I could not sleep because of the pain, but that helps me to do so. It gives me a real dry mouth but the good part is I stopped drinking soda and I am only drinking water now and I definitely get a lot of that. They had to higher my dose to help me with it. I had gone to a psychiatrist. He explained that because of pain our seratonin levels drop and add to anxiety and depression. He said it will not take pain away but can subdue it a bit that is all.

My pain management DR. Told me we need to put you on antidepressants so u don't get depressed. But until they find the right 1 and the right dose I found played he'll on me for a year.
