Members connected over experiencing shakes and tremors associated with fibromyalgia, with many describing hand tremors, body twitching, jerky movements, balance issues, and frequent dropping of objects, often worsening during flares or at certain times of day like mornings or evenings. Several members shared that medications like Pregabalin and Nabilone have helped reduce their shaking, while others mentioned using travel mugs to avoid spills, avoiding MSG as a trigger, and learning to adapt by not carrying breakable items during worse episodes. A recurring theme was the relief and validation members felt in realizing they were not alone, with many expressing gratitude for discovering that shakes are a common fibromyalgia symptom their doctors had never explained.

Yes I do especially in my hands but I get jerking motions all over my body. I assumed it was associated with my restless leg syndrome.
