OK so yall gonna think I'm nuts, but I got 3 or 4 books and am going to grow my own weeds...lol but seriously i'm going to make my own pain reliever. Since the doctors will no longer give us anything. There are suave to put on your muscles, but most of all the best thing to take is vitamin b12
I put castor oil on my body after showering.
It is very good for dry skin but also good for the joints, muscles, etc.
Especially if u are an aging dry person.
I also use lavender. I find it to be calming, especially since I suffer with an anxiety. I bought a book from the healthfood store called Prescription for Natural Healing. In this book it pulls up various vitamins and supplements which are critical for healing specific aiments, including fibromyalgia. The book lists critical vitamins and supplements to use, which ones are important, which are good and a section devoted for herbs. While there are lots of things recommended for treating fibromyalgia, I found it easiest to follow the critical list and make some changes in my supplements. I will eventually try and follow all of the things they recommend. It's just that I couldn't afford to buy all the things the book suggests.
Good luckn in your research.
