Bruise

Hi I have fybromayalga since I have had the condition I have notice that I bruise easily!!! Does anybody else have similar experience.

@A MyFibroTeam Member a geneticist can test for EDS. The only type of the 7 that does not have a test yet is hypermobility that I have. The poster link I posted above shows some of the common traits. If you google Ehlers Danlos I’m sure you will find a ton of info. More is known about it now than years back similar to fibro.

Some of these additional symptoms sound like Ehlers Danlos Syndrome. There are many types. In addition to Fibro, i have EDS Hypermobility which complicates things. Easy bruising, skin tearing, unstable joints, the list of symptoms is huge. Might be worth looking into. The link above is a poster with a lot of the common traits.

I have bruised easily for years long before the diagnosis and beginning Cymbalta. August 2017
That's why I think I have had this since about 19.
I wake up and I am bruised and no idea how or when it happened.

@A MyFibroTeam Member. If you are taking lyrica or cymbalta. Bruising is a side effect
