I had shingles in Aug. I still have pain and swelling on my left side. I have osteoarthritis . diagnosed with fibro and connective tissue.

Caroline@ Yup the headaches every morning are horrible. I feel if I stay in bed I've wasted the whole day. My biggest question or comment is I think because they are all auto immune are they connected. I have pains where I shouldn't have pains then I think is it Fibro or Connective I guess thatscwhat I want to know. Ill see a reumotologist when I get back from Florida..Hope he can tell me something.

@A MyFibroTeam Member, I think the not sleeping and headache are the worst. I have a really good friend gets me moving and up. . I'd stay in my chair all day and not do anything , watch news, movies, I just don't have any energy.
