Tizanadine 2mg at bedtime as needed. Dr. Prescribed 4mg but I find half is enough. Brand name is Zanaflex.
I have a prescription for Flexerill, but I rarely take it. I have So Much Trouble getting up in the morning, even taking it at 8pm and 1/2 dose of 2.5 mg.
I take flexeril 10mg at bedtime then prn if I have spasms that r bad during the day but I have not needed it. It works for me > Except I leg spasms /pain so I eliminate the by sleeping in the recliner chair.
@A MyFibroTeam Member no I don't take muscle relaxers. I'm on so many prescriptions now that I don't want to add anymore to my list. It will be interesting to see those who do?
