I believe I have both, even though I have only been diagnosed with fibromyalgia. Sometimes I am just so tired I can hardly move.

I have read a lot about nalxetrone on pinterest also. I would encourage everyone with fibro to search on pinterest. I've found tons of useful info there and have started a pin that is crammed full of info that you might want to check out also. I was reading about nalxetrone tonight online and some articles said it is becoming more & more prescribed for fibro because it helps fatique. I had written myself a note to make an appt. with my doctor this week to talk to her about possibly getting a prescription for it. Yes l will let u know about my progress in few weeks w nalxetrone (hope l remember) also lm in a support group from Mexico City and l hear a conference where a Dr. Martinez Lavin said that that fibro and cfs are under the same umbrella. When pain is more than fatigue ethey call it fibro and when fatigue is more than pain they call it cfs
