I am going through it now. I think know exactly what you mean - mine it isn’t raw and scratchy like I am sick, but it is very achy. It almost feels like someone’s hand is tightly gripping my throat and it is getting a little hard to swallow. (I just read Robin Nichols comment and that is it exactly!)
I also have the usual sores (welts) that pop up out of nowhere on the sides of my tongue and inside cheeks.
I have been going through a flare up this past month or so. It hasn’t been fun. - Hang in there. We are in this together!
Yep. Do y'all get lol bumps like shingles? But they're not. I think. From what I've herd about shingles. Dr. Says that's what they are. But hubby went to Dr and Dr says shingles stay on one side of the body. Doesn't travel to the other side. Hmmm?

Absolutely! I get swollen neck glands and weird sore throat that is lower in my throat...this for me is usually a sign that a flare is coming up.
@A MyFibroTeam Member, I don't know what you have, but you might want to get a second opinion, because if is shingles, you need to be started on the anti-viral med ASAP. God bless.❤
