Hand Pain
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Does anyone else get bad hand pain? I’ve had really sore hands yesterday and today (all through, knuckles and everything 😞) and some swelling. Anyone have any coping strategies? I type a lot at work so it might be to do with that and the cold but thought I’d ask.

Yes. I use lidocain cream on mine. That seems to help.

My hands and fingers swell up so bad sometimes I just want to cry. If it gets too bad I sit on them and it kind of breaks the "cycle " of pain, I know that sounds strange, but sometimes even the crazy stuff helps !!
