Anyone Have Light Head And A Falling Over Sensation Even Though They're Not?
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question πŸ’

I m finding balance is not good on stairs or when turning around quickly.
I am not anaemic so it s not that.
Get neck pain and stiffness and also lower back pain and stiffness makes it hard to walk straight.
Was diagnosed only February 2017
I read balance can be a problem but it s becoming worse.

I have the dizziness too. All part of fibro. When I was in hospital I saw the physio and she suggested gettinv out of the chair slower and getting my centre of balance before I started walking. Getting up slower definitely helps.

My balance is ridiculous. I'd say half is due to meds, and half is symptomatic of fibro.

I also have lupus so my various Dr 's go batty over my meds and all the side affects they cause me, and interactions.

If someone says something to you about it, I say, "Its 5:00 o'clock somewhere." πŸ˜ƒπŸ€£πŸ˜‚
