Hello,,,
I’m new to this group and really new to Fibromyalgia.
Really not sure what’s normal or not at this point:/
I’m wondering if it’s normal for the knuckles mid finger to ache? My wrists and hands kinda simply just ache in random places
Also the outer edge of the feet along with the heel?
My knees/legs will feel hot too, even though on the outside their cool.
Thanks for your help!

Oh yes all of these are very common unfortunately....Hang in there!
Unfortunately, we have muscles and tendons all through our bodies so that means we have pain all over too. Fibro is like arthritis of the muscles and tendons, this is how i explain it to people. Because muscles and tendons pretty much are in every inch of our bodies, so is the fibro. I hope you feel better but at least you know your pain is from fibro. It does not make the pain go away but it is better to know whatvis causing it. My hands and knuckles hurt most of the time too. Good luck. Hugs
Yes it's all Fibro. Get all of that and the rest !!!
I know everyone has pain but they say the best thing to do is to exercise. Just do some light exercise or go for a short walk use a cane if you need too. I find if I keep moving I’m no to bad but when I stop to eat then I stiffen up and the pain increase some then it time for a hot bath with Epson salt will help.
You can get a 50 lb. bag of Epson salt from the Co-op it may also go by the UCO (united coop of Ontario)
Yes, this is a very common symptom have you looked at a diagram of all the major fybro points on your body. I also suffer a lot with elbow and shoulder pain around my collar bone and shoulder blade . Hope you find this site useful
