Members connected deeply over the shared experience of chronic muscle tightness in the neck, shoulders, back, and upper arms, with many describing their bodies as being in constant spasm or knotted up for no apparent reason. Several members found short-term relief through massage therapy, hot showers, muscle creams like Voltaren gel, TENS units, yoga, heat patches, and even removing restrictive clothing like bras after a long day. A recurring theme was the frustration of temporary solutions that never fully resolve the pain, the challenge of explaining invisible suffering to others, and the comfort of knowing they are not alone in this exhausting daily struggle.

Hi again, The Orange Voltaren is weaker than the Blue, the only way my Dr will prescribe it for me is by using the Ingredients apparently they can't use Product names. If its any help I will write you the Ingredients for you to give your GP. The Blue lasts a little longer, let me know. Wish you well.

Yes, my dr even noticed how tight my muscles were in my upper back neck area - even while taking muscle relaxers.

I use the Voltaren 24 hour one.Its only meant to be used twice a day but sometimes I use it more. It only helps for a short while just reducing the pain but not taking it away. The cream is in the Blue Package not Orange. I also find the Hot Pressure Shower woks for me to. Wish you relief

Absolutely! My family doctor has told me multiple times that my entire body is one big muscle spasm 24/7. I'm so sorry you're dealing with this. Gentle hugs sent your way!

Oh my god yes. This is the hardest thing to explain to people. Even my SO will tell me to keep working my muscles because it will go away. No though, it's felt like this for about 17 or 18 years.
