Each year, I feel so out of sorts after the time change(daylight savings time.) It affects me in terms of my mood, and sleep patterns. I feel like I can not be alone in this. How do you guys deal with it?
I am so glad to know it is not just me. Each year it is hard to get through November and I find myself struggling to get good sleep and feel like myself. It takes me about a month to get bk to "normal" too.
Absolutely! Every year I dread the time change. I try to plan for it. I reduce my appointments, warn family that I'm going to be a bear and get ready to sleep a lot.
Oh man, I struggle with it, too. I haven't had a good nights sleep in way too long. But I just learned that one of the meds I was on helps with pain and sleep without leaving you drowsy the next day!! Its amitriptyline (sp?). I am taking it tonight!!
@A MyFibroTeam Member. i know how you feel. Every year when the time change comes, it takes me at least a month to regulate my body to it. I wish they would just leave it one way or the other.
