Anyone having trouble with the time change ? I feel Jet Lagged. Only one hour difference but it affects me so. I'm very fatigued. Does it affect those with Fibro more than others?

Members overwhelmingly agreed that adjusting to the time change feels exhausting and destabilizing, with many describing feelings of jet lag, increased fatigue, difficulty sleeping, and heightened pain that can last anywhere from a few days to several weeks. Several members shared practical coping strategies, including changing clocks early to ease the transition, focusing on just one small daily goal to maintain a sense of accomplishment, and allowing themselves to rest without guilt as their bodies adjust. A recurring theme was frustration with the practice itself, with many wishing lawmakers would simply pick one time and stop changing it twice a year.

Time change is hell for me! More to do with my sleeping disorder which kicks my fibro in more and takes about six weeks to get it under control. Would love for them to leave it alone. Twice a year I feel like I'm going to lose my mind.

I know that I dread every time that season comes around, wish they would stop meddling with it and leave us alone.

Do one thing? Ok, you got it. I will put away the folded clothes from yesterday! I planned on cleaning the living room, but that ain't happening. But I can put away a basket of clothes. Oh! I just remembered I have clothes in the washer from last night! Thanks!!

Luckily in Arizona we don't go on daylight savings time so I don't have to make the adjustment. However, when I lived in Utah and had to do daylight savings time, I always felt exhausted for the first few days. That was before fibromyalgia diagnosis. Not sure changing back and forth is good on anyone. I think it's stressful on the body.
