Good old Vick , always takes my headache away. and helps with the post nasal. And fresh air.
along with Flonase each morning, when it gets bad I use the Sinus rinse. like the nettiPot but it shoots up your nose and out the other nostril. It's a bit gross and you have to do it over the sink but wow, does it clear stuff out!
You poor thing!!!! I agree about the Vick because it really helps me especially for a sore throat or a cough. I rub it on my throat and upper neck and the put a scarf around my neck. Also put a little on the outter part of your nose and at your temples and back of your neck. It helps a lot. Also if real bad before bed or when you feel bad put a pot of water on the stove and get hot and then put your head above that and let the steam come up your nose that will open up your nose do that as long as you can some people put Vick in it ( a little bit). Also the salt water is great. You can get that at the Dollar store, it is like Ocean brand. God blessings !!!!!
I found that in desperation that if you put a couple of drops of cold water out of the tap in each nostril that it will ease the stuffieness at least for a little while.
Another very simple method, Vicks Vapour Rub, melt a teaspoon in boiling water and breathe it in, the steam act as a decongestant.
Hope this helps you.
