Has anyone experenced the inability to stand temperatures over 80 degrees. My apartment stays on 68. I get sick and start feeling horrible. If it is too cold I hurt. I feel like i am so stuck.
Heat does not bother me like cold or changes in weather condition barometric pressure really effects me. If I don't some exercise it gets unbearable but working in pool truly helps. I also sleep in a warming blanket.
Cant stand hot weather. I would rather deal with the cold. Can always put more on but can only take so much off.
Yes. I am 54 and in Menopause and this symptom is one of the worst for me. I have severe allergies and have found over the years that I can be nly wear cotton clothes if I don't want to overheat!
Cotton clothes seem to let my body heat and cool easier. When I start feeling cold, I add another layer and as I start warming up I shed a layer. I even have to sleep in cotton clothes.
If I get too hot: I get nauseous, I get a migraine and I throw up.
Yes, yes and more yes!! I can't stand it when it to hot, I feel like my head's going to pop and I'm so dam uncomfortable, I don't know what to do with myself! 😤 Then the cold can make me have so much pain I can't stand that either! 😠It's so dam frustrating, exspacialy since I live in WI a big chunk of my family (inner family) now live in Florida.😟 I thought maybe I would move to Florida but I think I hate heat more than the cold!!!!😖
Temperature changes are not my friend at all. I certainly do not belong in sunny warm San Diego. I'm extremely light sensitive and going out in daylight absolutely exhausts me. Any temp over 75 inside and I'm miserable. I'm more comfy in cold weather and I'm always out the few times it rains because I always feel good on rainy days. I'm going to move to Oregon around the Eugene area somewhere in the spring. They have more cloudy/rainy days and colder temps and I think I will do much better. Plus, I simply can't afford to live in CA. When it is hot (over 75), I have a terrible time with my feet. They really swell and they are always so hot! On warm days I have a fan by my feet and a spray bottle to keep them cool.
