Over the years I’ve had low iron, low B12, low platelets, low white count, low vit D, and others

Further investigation leads nowhere. Sometimes they randomly improve.

I've had this happen most of my life. Doctors don't get too excited about it. The only one they got concerned about was high ALK/PHOS which can sometimes indicate a bone disorder. Mine was high for several years before the doctors became concerned. Since my DEXA scan said I had osteopenia they treated that and the blood tests went back to normal.

Yes! I have been dealing with several results that cannot be pinpointed. I have very low Vitamin D, positive ANA, high SED rate (43) but no additional diagnosis at this time. It's so frustrating how complex our bodies are.

Yes. Blood tests always have wrong/weird results. I dont know how many Dr's have said to me "thats weird". I've just decided that the abnormal is whats normal for me.

I think it has a lot to do with what we eat several days before blood work. Mine fluctuate. Have started vitamin d. Usually need it this time of year.

My Asperger's has me in a vice like grip at the moment and it controls me so blood tests are too scary right now but, my husband has had all the ones you've had come back as abnormal and more. They seem to be wrong then ok, then they'll randomly be wrong again. He's had further investigations and nothing has shown up.
