My Fibro goes up and down. I find I have very specific triggers. Keep a diary of what life is like for about six months months and look for points that feel worse. Foods, weather, stress, lack of sleep and lack of rest and downtime.

Hope for better days soon.
Weather especially dropping barometric pressure makes mine worse. If I control my diet meds Sleep and exercise I have noted considerable improvement

Reduce my symptoms hugely. I must try to continue to eat foods that lower inflammation :-) I will have to look into this and see what if it helps even more. Has your fibromyalgia gotten better or worse pati?
