Get a large cup, put an inch of apple cider vinegar in the bottom and fill the rest up with water. At the end of your shower pour it over your arms and back etc. Don't rinse it. Leave it for a few minutes then towel dry. You will be amazed how much it helps. I have been doing this for a few months.

you need to get a very strong , thick lotion and use it at least twice a day.
I had an itch that was so bad and persistent that I actually tore the skin.
If YOU tear the skin, use a medicated ointment and a cloth band aid.
Don't use a plastic strip.
I never thought of taking Benadryl, but that's the thought for my day.
Thank you for that info, @A MyFibroTeam Member.

Faith, peace and gentle hugs,

Catherine

I had the itchy skin so bad I was breaking the skin and causing bleeding. This went on for almost a year. I tried all kinds of lotion and creams over the counter and prescription. I was on steroids, atrax and Benadryl. Nothing helped! I finally tried oatmeal and baking soda soaks. Then I found organic coconut oil and she’s butter. I whipped the two together for a body butter. I slathered that on at least twice a day head to down to my toes! Healing and relief started quickly! I still make this in SMALL batches as needed. You can use just coconut oil by it self. This can be very oily!
