Does Anyone Else Have Pain In Their Feet? I Have Excruciating Pain In Both Of My Feet.
A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭

Whether I sit for a few minutes at a time or am on them for a long period of time. From my toes to the tops and bottoms of them. The foot pain is something that I cannot seem to muddle through...as well as pain in my fingers.
Also any suggestions as to what to do to bring some relief. I do have a home therapy hand held massager but by the time I am finished with one hand the hand that I am operating the masager with is hurting again.

Massage your hands, and feet, pressing towards the center of pinkie and ring finger, continue to complete.

Massage palms and soles. Use light oil or cream to work joints better. Do as often as you are sitting or while in bed. Massage your arms and legs, where your tender points are.

Our lymph nodes challenge us. We need to sweat out the bad stuff, so get to a sauna as regularly as possible. Find an experienced lymphatic drainage masseuse.

My feet would, literally, be so asleep or in such pain that it would take a good while to stand up as I woke up each morning.

Also, ask your MD if Naltrexone can help.
It helped me with the pops in my head, the jump in my legs and body. It was great for nerve pain, and helped my feet.
They always hurt, but now I know how to reduce pain and pressure.

Staying on a good healthy diet, drinking lots of purified water, avoiding salts and alcohol have helped reduce the pain.
Today, my hands and feet hurt because I ate heavy and drank some beers yesterday. Agh!

Best to You!

Use Epson salt in nice very warm water and eat some bananas. Work for me. Pain never came back.
