Whether I sit for a few minutes at a time or am on them for a long period of time. From my toes to the tops and bottoms of them. The foot pain is something that I cannot seem to muddle through...as well as pain in my fingers.
Also any suggestions as to what to do to bring some relief. I do have a home therapy hand held massager but by the time I am finished with one hand the hand that I am operating the masager with is hurting again.

Members responded to a question about excruciating foot and hand pain with overwhelming support and a wealth of practical remedies, with Epsom salt baths emerging as the most frequently recommended relief strategy, often enhanced with baking soda, magnesium lotion, or essential oils. Several members shared specific techniques including self-massage focusing on pressure points between fingers and along tender areas, lymphatic drainage through saunas or professional massage, and lifestyle changes like reducing salt and alcohol intake while staying hydrated. A recurring theme was the complex challenge of distinguishing fibromyalgia pain from related conditions like peripheral neuropathy, plantar fasciitis, or Morton's neuroma, with some members finding partial relief through medications like gabapentin or low-dose naltrexone, while others expressed frustration with doctors who dismiss their symptoms.

Massage your hands, and feet, pressing towards the center of pinkie and ring finger, continue to complete.

Massage palms and soles. Use light oil or cream to work joints better. Do as often as you are sitting or while in bed. Massage your arms and legs, where your tender points are.

Our lymph nodes challenge us. We need to sweat out the bad stuff, so get to a sauna as regularly as possible. Find an experienced lymphatic drainage masseuse.

My feet would, literally, be so asleep or in such pain that it would take a good while to stand up as I woke up each morning.

Also, ask your MD if Naltrexone can help.
It helped me with the pops in my head, the jump in my legs and body. It was great for nerve pain, and helped my feet.
They always hurt, but now I know how to reduce pain and pressure.

Staying on a good healthy diet, drinking lots of purified water, avoiding salts and alcohol have helped reduce the pain.
Today, my hands and feet hurt because I ate heavy and drank some beers yesterday. Agh!

Best to You!
