I take it at bedtime as it helps me relax to be able to get comfortable enough to sleep even though I don't sleep very well it's better than it was. I was advised that it takes a few weeks to get into your system and to take it 12 hours before you want to wake them you won't feel like a zombie

I take it at night to help sleep, only 20mg. I was taking them when I was up 4.30am for work and managed, just make sure you take them early enough in the evening. You will feel extra groggy the first week or 2 xx

I have just been put on 20mg at night. I have been taking it for a week and have been feeling a bit dopey!
Tacey08 thanks for the tip about taking 12 hours before you want to wake up! Explains why when I take it at about 11pm I still feel like a zombie till the afternoon. Will try taking it earlier! If you take it at dinner time do you still get to sleep ok?
